I don't wear waterproof eye makeup, but I'm often found sporting heavy winged eyeliner and lashings of mascara. Soaking a cotton pad in this and pressing it to the eye area for just a few seconds and finishing with a firm swipe leaves barely a trace. Another swipe with a fresh cotton pad would do the trick to remove everything completely, but in terms of a makeup remover before a second cleanse one soaked cotton pad usually does the trick.
I strongly recommend this to anyone who wants a good makeup remover or anyone looking for a cheaper alternative to Bioderma. What is the best micellar water you've tried?
I use this as a cheaper alternative to the Bioderma one and find it does pretty much exactly the same thing! Such a great bargain!

I really want to try this but I wear quite a heavy foundation so have always been unsure as to whether it would properly take it off! xx

ReplyDeleteThis really does the trick!
ReplyDeleteThey sell it everywhere where I live from supermarkets to the pharmacy. It should be sold wherever Garnier products are sold - good luck! x
ReplyDeleteIt really, really is and I can't believe the price!
ReplyDeleteIf you're willing to use multiple cotton pads I feel it definitely would!
ReplyDeleteThat's good to hear! Where I live Bioderma is bumped up ridiculously to around $30 just for the small bottle and this is only $9!
ReplyDeleteOh I definitely need to try this, although I'm yet to find anything better than Bioderma! xx
ReplyDeleteMan, I still need to try this. I keep forgetting. Guess I just need to write it down! :] // itsCarmen.com ☼ ☯

ReplyDeleteDefinitely! I'm sure you'll love it!
ReplyDeleteI think the consensus is that this is very similar, there is just a small difference that most people can't put their finger on. It's a great cheaper alternative, regardless!
