The Review: Model Co Replenishing Rose Mist

Facial mists are something I've always wanted to try, but the ones available to me were largely ones that are simply spring water and I wasn't willing to make the splurge. A new toner was next on my radar, so when I saw this two in one I was sold.

This product not only cools down the face and makes you feel refreshed, but it also moisturises and tones the skin. It is suitable to all skin types, as it is moisturising but dries matte. It smells of roses, as the entire line seems to, but it isn't overpowering and it doesn't linger after the initial spray - which is perfect for people like me who are scent-sensitive.

It's a great product to use when you need a pick me up, as it can be used under and over makeup. I use it after a shower when my faces is red and splotchy from the hot water and I use when my makeup is done sometimes if it looks a little powdery or dry. It feels cooling already, but for an extra boost keeping it in the fridge would be amazing!

The thing that is so great about this product is how diverse it is. You can use it to cool down, to refresh makeup, to tone or to nourish your skin. It's a really great do-it-all type product and it comes in a very generous 125 mL bottle for $19.99, which is incredibly considering some brands offer a product a quarter of the size for the same price. I use this at least once a day, if not more, and it really does go a long way. The spray is a super fine mist that distributes evenly across the skin and dries in seconds. I do two to three sprays to cover my full face.

Have you ever tried facial mists? And if so, what is your favourite?
